An Afternoon Steeped in French Cuisine

Just before Easter, we teamed up with La Bourriche for a sunny Saturday afternoon packed with culinary delights, exquisite wines, and a basket full of meaningful conversations.

The WAA x La Bourriche pop-up brought French seaside vibes straight to Berlin’s charming Chamissoplatz, where guests indulged in mouthwatering dishes like oysters with fresh bread and salted butter, and the shrimp brioche rolls that quickly became the talk of the platz!

La Bourriche is the passion project of Amadea Badran, a Paris-born, Berlin-based food lover with a deep appreciation for simple, fresh ingredients. Growing up, she spent her holidays in Bretagne and the South of France, where her love for the art of uncomplicated, flavourful food began. After exploring the fashion world and running the legendary Rekorder Galerie und Café, she’s now fully once again immersed in her true passion – creating delicious culinary experiences and bringing people together over memorable meals.

As well as the many great conversations and delicious wines that flowed that day, guests also enjoyed artisanal bouquets by Yumi. Early bird guests also received special treats from flaconi.
