We were super excited to team up with our friends at the super stylish Friends Space venue in Berlin to mark a huge millstone in the WAA Podcast story – our first ever live podcast!
With over 80 guests in attendance, our host Daria Suvorova interviewed communications expert and DJ, Susanna Kim on the topic of vulnerability and how to find the perfect balance between your day job and your passion
Susanna's career choices are guided by her curiosity and desire for embracing unique opportunities In our conversation, we spoke about her experiences from working in the music industry and how she successfully manages to manage her professional commitments and her unwavering passion for music.
“I admire people who know their career plans so well and follow their goals step by step. I don’t have that. I might have a rough idea, but I trust my gut feeling and the process.”
Her unconventional approach to her career, which she describes as being "guided by intuition rather than a plan", resonated with the audience, whilst her personal anecdotes about self-love, music, Berlin nightlife (of course!), entrepreneurship, and fueling your passion projects, sparked a burst of inspiration with everyone in the room.
“The decision to leave my job was also based on the need to do something different. There’s so much more out there. I’m curious”
